Rental terms governing dumpster delivery, use, weight limits, and payment.
Rental Agreement
Placing an order for a roll-off container constitutes acceptance of these terms. Rental periods, container sizes, and included tonnage are confirmed at the time of booking.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing safe, legal, accessible placement, keeping the load level with the top rail, and ensuring only accepted materials are placed in the container.
Prohibited Materials
Paint, solvents, oil, fuel, batteries, tires, refrigerants, pressurized cylinders, medical waste, and asbestos-containing material are prohibited. Additional charges apply for removal of prohibited items.
Weight Limits and Overage
Each container includes a stated tonnage allowance. Loads exceeding the allowance are billed at the disclosed per-ton overage rate.
Property Damage
While drivers take reasonable precautions including protective boards, the customer accepts responsibility for surface wear to driveways, curbs, and private roads resulting from delivery, placement, and removal.
Rental Periods and Extensions
Containers left beyond the agreed rental period accrue daily rental charges until pickup is scheduled and completed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as agreed at booking. Commercial accounts may be invoiced under separate written terms.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including project delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Collin County.
